If I have 1.9 total weight, crow will drop 2 items (1.2 and 0.5, it's total 1.7 weight), what to do with remaining 0.2 if it's no item for example below 0.3? Even if it was then items with lower "weight" can drop a lot more often. What to say about items which have compromises (-1 max HP, but +full heath). +50% of weapon damage is no doubt is good, but what about when you slide into enemies you dead damage. What is good item is subjective in particular if an item has no measurable value. (B) solusion is maybe more fair for the player, but in my perspective it has 2 issues: (A) solusion for me is a bit better, because if the crow drops 3 good items, you can get 3 good items or 3 not so good items or something in between. Another way is to add some "weight" for that artefact that you want to take the risk. I watch how you play neonomi and basically you never take Poison Spearhead (Reduces reload speed and fire rate by 40%). You can get one better item (1.2 weight) and 1 small (0.4) or you can get 4 smaller items (0.4, 0.5, 0.5, 0.4). For example you have 3 artefacts collected and total "weight" is 1.9. (B) Another similar solusion is that not only artefacts have a "weight" but good items too. You will get 1 good item for sure and 1 is 90% chance (random good items). For example: you are collected 3 artefacts, 1 has 0.5 "weight", 2 - 1.2 and 3 - 0.2. And by that "weight" you can get good items. (A) But we have another idea for artefact exchage. Other drops from the Crow is in similar fasion but different precentage. Example: 1 artefact = 1 item 5 artefacts = 180%, 1 good item for sure, 1 is 80% drop chance 8 artefacts = 240%, 2 items for sure, 1 is 40 % drop chance. Now it's simple system first artefact = 100 % x1 item.
